SHOP SALES ASSISTANT – FULL-TIME / PART-TIME

Salary:

• Full-Time: From approximately SGD 2,305/month, excluding overtime
• Part-Time: SGD 12.10/hour
• Overtime: 1.5 times the basic hourly rate

Position Overview

We are currently hiring Shop Sales Assistants for various locations across Singapore. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.

This role is suitable for candidates who enjoy customer service, retail operations, and working in a fast-paced environment. No prior experience is required, as training will be provided to suitable candidates.

Full-time employees will work 48 hours per week across six days on a rotating shift schedule. Part-time employees can work up to 34 hours per week, providing greater flexibility depending on operational requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and top up food and retail products throughout the day.
• Assist customers with product enquiries and provide friendly customer service.
• Handle cashiering duties and process customer transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene standards within the store.
• Conduct general housekeeping and ensure the sales area remains presentable.
• Replenish products and maintain appropriate stock levels.
• Follow established operating procedures and workplace guidelines.
• Assist with daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced retail and customer service environment.
• Friendly, responsible, and customer-oriented.
• Good communication skills and a positive working attitude.
• Candidates with a valid Food Hygiene Certificate will have an added advantage.
• Able to work according to the required rotating shift schedule for full-time positions.
• Willing to perform other operational duties when required.
• The position is within a female working environment.

Working Hours

Full-Time:
