Position Overview

We are currently hiring Full-Time Cooks to join our team across various locations in Singapore. This position is suitable for Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents who are interested in building their experience in a professional food and beverage environment.

Work locations are conveniently situated near MRT stations and shopping malls, providing easy access for daily commuting. Candidates will receive on-the-job training, making this opportunity suitable for individuals with limited experience as well as those with previous kitchen experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for food preparation, cooking, maintaining kitchen and outlet cleanliness, and supporting daily closing operations. A positive work attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to maintaining food quality and hygiene standards are important for this role.

Job Responsibilities

• Fry and prepare food items according to established recipes and procedures.
• Prepare and organise food ingredients for daily operations.
• Follow food preparation and cooking procedures consistently.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the kitchen and outlet.
• Ensure workstations, cooking equipment, utensils, and preparation areas are kept clean and organised.
• Assist with stock and ingredient preparation when required.
• Perform closing duties, including washing, sweeping, mopping, and general housekeeping.
• Follow workplace safety and food hygiene procedures.
• Support other kitchen and operational duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Work collaboratively with other kitchen and outlet team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents only.
• Previous cooking or kitchen experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Training will be provided to suitable candidates.
• Willing to learn and follow established cooking and food preparation procedures.
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to maintain a positive attitude at work.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced food service environment.
• Able to maintain good personal hygiene and cleanliness standards.

Working Hours

The position operates on a shift basis. Working hours include an unpaid 45-minute break.

5-Day Work Week:

• 9-hour shift: 12:30 PM – 10:15 PM
• 10-hour shift: 11:30 AM – 10:15 PM

6-Day Work Week:

• 9-hour shift: 12:30 PM – 10:15 PM
• 10-hour shift: 11:30 AM – 10:15 PM

Actual schedules may vary depending on operational requirements and outlet deployment.
