Position Overview
The Part-Time Warehouse Assistant will assist in the daily warehouse operation by performing order picking, inventory handling, loading and unloading goods, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment. Successful candidates will work closely with warehouse supervisors and team members to ensure operational efficiency while following company safety standards and quality procedures.
The position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a positive working attitude. Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not required, as comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting warehouse operations through a variety of daily tasks, including but not limited to:
– Picking products accurately according to customer and store orders.
– Preparing merchandise for daily distribution.
– Sorting products according to warehouse procedures.
– Loading and unloading goods from delivery vehicles.
– Transporting products safely throughout the warehouse.
– Organizing stock within designated storage areas.
– Assisting with inventory replenishment.
– Ensuring products are properly stored and labeled.
– Checking product quantities before dispatch.
– Identifying damaged or defective goods and reporting them to supervisors.
– Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organization.
– Keeping aisles and working areas safe and free from obstructions.
– Following all warehouse operating procedures and company safety regulations.
– Assisting supervisors with inventory movement during busy operational periods.
– Working cooperatively with colleagues to achieve daily productivity targets.
– Supporting other warehouse functions whenever operational requirements arise.
– Performing general manual handling duties.
– Completing other warehouse-related tasks assigned by management.
Candidate Requirements
Applicants should possess the following qualifications and qualities:
– No minimum educational qualification required.
– Previous warehouse, logistics, retail, distribution, or inventory experience is considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
– Fresh applicants are encouraged to apply.
– Able to communicate effectively in Cantonese.
– Able to read and write Chinese.
– Physically fit and capable of performing manual handling work.

Working Hours
Shift Schedule
– Fixed Evening Shift
– 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM
– Four working hours per day
– Six working days per week
– One scheduled rest day each week

Salary Package
Monthly Salary:
HKD 7,920 – HKD 8,920
Salary will be offered based on relevant experience, qualifications, and company policy.

Working Environment
The warehouse is located at Kwai Chung Container Terminal No. 3, one of Hong Kong’s largest logistics and transportation hubs. Employees will work in a structured warehouse environment equipped to support large-scale retail distribution.
Warehouse operations focus on efficiency, teamwork, accuracy, and workplace safety. Employees receive appropriate guidance and training to ensure they can perform their duties confidently while meeting operational standards.
As part of the warehouse team, you will contribute directly to supplying products to hundreds of 7-Eleven stores across Hong Kong, helping ensure shelves remain fully stocked and customers receive quality products every day.
