CONTRACT SERVICE CREW – DOWNTOWN CORE

We are looking for a friendly, service-oriented, and responsible Contract Service Crew member to join our restaurant team in the Downtown Core. This position is suitable for individuals who enjoy interacting with customers, working in a team, and delivering a positive dining experience.

The successful candidate will support daily restaurant operations, maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and ensure customers receive efficient and welcoming service.

Job Responsibilities

As a Service Crew member, your responsibilities will include:

• Greet and welcome walk-in customers in a warm and professional manner.
• Assist customers with seating and prepare table settings before service.
• Take customer orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the relevant team members.
• Ensure tables are properly arranged and ready for customers.
• Clear and clean tables promptly after customers have finished dining.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization across service stations and restaurant areas.
• Ensure the outlet consistently meets required cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Assist with general restaurant operations to ensure smooth service.
• Respond to customer requests and provide appropriate assistance when required.
• Follow company procedures, service standards, and workplace safety guidelines.
• Support the outlet team during busy periods.
• Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by the Outlet Manager.

Requirements
