SERVICE & KITCHEN CREW – ISLANDWIDE
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Location: Islandwide, Singapore
Working Schedule: 6-Day Work Week
Full-Time Salary: SGD 2,350–3,600 per month
Part-Time Salary: Up to SGD 16 per hour
Eligibility: Singapore Citizens & Singapore Permanent Residents for Part-Time positions
We are looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Service Crew, Kitchen Assistants, and Management Trainees across various locations islandwide.

You will work closely with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth daily operations while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
MANAGEMENT TRAINEE
Responsibilities
Management Trainees will support daily restaurant operations while developing the skills required for future supervisory and management responsibilities.
Key duties include:
- Provide attentive, professional, and friendly service to customers.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and workplace safety.
- Rotate between service and kitchen operations according to business needs.
- Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally.
- Assist supervisors and managers with daily operational activities.
- Support the training and onboarding of new employees.
- Guide team members to follow company procedures and service standards.
- Assist with dishwashing and general restaurant duties when required.
- Perform other ad hoc responsibilities assigned by the management team.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in F&B supervisory operations.
- Diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Friendly, positive, and responsible working attitude.
- Good leadership and teamwork abilities.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work weekends and public holidays.
- Comfortable taking on different operational responsibilities.
SERVICE CREW
As a Service Crew member, you will be responsible for delivering a welcoming dining experience while supporting the restaurant’s daily front-of-house operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately.
- Handle cashiering and payment transactions.
- Prepare and serve desserts and other food items when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and service areas.
- Assist with dishwashing and general restaurant duties.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and company SOP requirements.
- Respond to customer requests and feedback appropriately.
- Support opening and closing duties.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Previous F&B experience is preferred but candidates without experience are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly and customer-oriented personality.
- Able to work well as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work weekends and public holidays.
KITCHEN ASSISTANT
Kitchen Assistants will support food preparation and daily kitchen operations while ensuring food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently maintained.
Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation according to company recipes and SOPs.
- Support kitchen operations during busy service periods.
- Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and cleanliness.
- Handle ingredients and stock appropriately.
- Assist with stock replenishment and organization.
- Follow food safety and workplace hygiene procedures.
- Support opening and closing kitchen duties.
- Perform dishwashing and maintain clean kitchen equipment and work areas.
- Assist with other kitchen duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- F&B experience is preferred but not required.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to work effectively within a team.
- Responsible and hardworking.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work weekends and public holidays.
FULL-TIME EMPLOYMENT
Full-time employees are required to work a minimum of 44 hours per week across 6 working days.

PART-TIME OPPORTUNITIES
