TEA BARISTA | FULL TIME
Full-Time | 5-Day Work Week | 44 Hours per Week | Islandwide
Salary: SGD 2,500–3,500 per month
Location: Multiple locations across Singapore

CHAGEE is expanding its team and is looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join as Tea Baristas across multiple outlets islandwide.
This is a full-time opportunity for candidates who are interested in the food and beverage industry and enjoy working in a customer-facing environment. You will be responsible for preparing beverages according to established recipes and SOPs, handling customer orders and payments, and maintaining a clean, hygienic, and well-organized tea bar.
Candidates with previous barista or F&B experience are encouraged to apply. Relevant experience is advantageous, while a valid Food Hygiene Certificate will be an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities
As a Tea Barista, you will support the daily operations of the tea bar and ensure that beverages and customer service meet the company’s required standards.
Your key responsibilities include:
Beverage Preparation
- Prepare tea and other beverages according to company recipes, standards, and SOPs.
- Ensure beverages are prepared accurately and consistently.
- Follow prescribed preparation methods, portions, and presentation standards.
- Handle ingredients and beverage equipment properly.
- Maintain product quality and consistency throughout daily operations.
Customer Service and Order Handling
- Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Accurately receive and process customer orders.
- Clarify customer requests when necessary and ensure orders are prepared correctly.
- Handle cash payments and electronic payment transactions.
- Provide efficient service during peak operating periods.
- Assist with customer enquiries and requests professionally.
- Maintain a positive customer experience at all times.
Cleanliness and Hygiene
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards within the tea barista area.
- Clean workstations, equipment, counters, and other operational areas regularly.
- Follow food hygiene and workplace safety procedures.
- Ensure ingredients and materials are stored appropriately.
- Keep the tea bar organized and ready for service.
- Comply with all company hygiene, safety, and operational SOPs.
Daily Operations
- Assist with opening and closing duties when required.
- Support stock replenishment and basic inventory-related tasks.
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist with other duties assigned by supervisors or outlet management.
- Maintain a professional appearance and responsible working attitude.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, responsible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced F&B environment.
Applicants should have:
- Previous experience as a Barista, Tea Barista, or in a similar F&B role is advantageous.
- A genuine interest in beverage preparation and customer service.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive and responsible working attitude.
- Good teamwork and willingness to support colleagues.
- Ability to follow recipes, SOPs, hygiene requirements, and instructions accurately.
- Good attention to detail when preparing beverages and processing orders.
- A valid Food Hygiene Certificate will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to work according to a 5-day roster and 44-hour work week.
