Storekeeper / Warehouse Assistant

1-Year Contract (extendable or convertible to permanent based on performance)
Compensation and Benefits:
Basic Salary: SGD 2,000 – SGD 2,500 per month
Completion bonus (based on performance and attendance)

Working Hours:
5.5 working days per week
Monday – Friday:
08:30 AM – 06:00 PM
Saturday:

Job Description:
As a Storekeeper, the candidate will be responsible for supporting overall warehouse operations efficiently and in an organized manner. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth handling of goods from receiving to distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations
Perform picking and packing of goods based on orders
Assist in loading and unloading of goods
Arrange and organize items neatly within the warehouse
Receiving Goods
Receive incoming goods from suppliers or vendors
Inspect quantity and condition of items
Ensure all goods match delivery documentation
Issuing and Dispatching
Prepare and issue goods based on requests
Ensure accuracy and completeness before dispatch
Support timely and efficient delivery processes
Stock Management
Label items systematically
Sort and store goods according to category
Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas
Inventory Control
Perform regular stock checks
Assist in stock-taking activities
Identify and report any stock discrepancies
System and Documentation
Update and maintain records in systems (EMS / ERP)
Ensure all data entries are accurate and up-to-date
Maintain proper documentation and filing
General Duties
Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors
Maintain cleanliness of the work area
Follow company procedures and safety regulations
Requirements:

Responsible, disciplined, and trustworthy
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Physically fit for light warehouse activities
Willing to learn and follow company systems
